Very friendly and helpful staff; however, it would easier to be able to speak to support 24/7 over the phone. I was sick last week and could not complete my car payment before 5am of Monday bks I had worked the max number of hrs trying to catch up and was shut out of the app. The next day I made over $70 part of which could be applied to complete my previous payment but I dont see that it was applied since Lyft was tryi g to charge my bank.
