“Dr Schaffer is a true miracle worker! My 86 year old father had been suffering with severe low back pain for several months. He had been seen by numerous physicians, had two trips to the ER and subsequent hospitalizations, was taking narcotics and muscle relaxers which did nothing to relieve his pain and was basically confined to his recliner. He was in so much pain he couldn't sit at the table for meals and getting to/from the bathroom was torture. He had stopped showing any interest in activities he had enjoyed all of his life. Thanks to the excellent care of Dr Schaffer, he no longer has any back pain and is enjoying life again. Even playing the piano at their church. “I love Crane’s View. It is so clean and well maintained. My Aunt lives there now and she is so loved. Staff keep her apartment neat and tidy. The food is so good and there is such variety. “My daughter Emily came in with the need to have eight teeth removed. I was nervous for her. The staff here were amazing. They put us at ease right from the start. The first visit the office staff welcomed us, the doctor took a look at her mouth, and then they went over insurance. The doctor gave a great overlook of what to expect. He answered all of our questions and made it seem like it was an easy procedure. When we came in for surgery they took her back and just an hour later they were done. Emily did great in recovery. They brought her out and helped to get her into the car. She had the surgery on Friday and was ready for school on Monday. I wish I had used them for my surgery. Will certainly return if there is ever a need.”

“My experience with this office has been great. The front desk is so kind and eager to accommodate if able with scheduling. Barbara the nurse is so kind and personable. She is great about answering the phone and returning calls. That is a very difficult task when the day is so busy. Huynh is very kind and approachable with questions and plans for care. Unfortunately I can not give a 5 star because of Dr. Malas. He was arrogant and dismissive with care when hospitalized. I was dependent on the other specialists to step in and address issues that Dr. Malas and the hospitalist refused. He was cocky and judgmental. Actually he and the hospitalist were rather immature. But the office as a whole is wonderful! I am just careful to make appointments with Dr. Huynh.”

“Very nice place.. Nice relax music and lighting. My masseuse was very knowledgable.. She even gave me tips on how to keep my muscles from being so tense and "balled up" (Epsom salt feet soaks, daily stretching). Also gave recommendations on what other kinds of therapy and treatments she thought would be beneficial to my body and muscles. I would definitely and will definitely go back!”

“Very professional staff. Dr Henne did my bunionectomy one week ago and it looks great. Yes I did cuss him out for the first 24 hours until my pain meds got on schedule. Minor swelling and no drainage. Alive is all I need now for pain. Dont beleive all the horror stories out there, every person reacts differenty but I cant wait to get the second foot done. ????????”

“I have been coming to this dentist office now for many years. Their staff is very capable and both dentist Lynn Van and Hang Van are great and extremely caring. They don’t push for unnecessary procedures and make good recommendations. This month I had a crown put in, and the dentist took her time to make sure it was exactly right. She kept adjusting it until it was just right. She truly cared about the fit and my comfort. I highly recommend their office, and everyone who I have sent to this office have become long term patients as well.”

“Listen up. I don't normally review anything. Not really my MO. But I have to give it up to Dr. Cheng and the whole crew. Since becoming a patient there about 4 years ago, the whole staff has been extremely professional, courteous and efficient, especially in regards to my latest visit. On Monday of this week, I, a 36 year old man, was eating Skittles as a sort of pre-lunch, post-brunch snack of sorts. One Skittle (probably a purple one, as we all know, not the best of the bunch) got caught on my back molar (#19, as I'm now keen on dental terminology) and snapped that thing right off (more dental terminology for you). It was not pleasant. I was angry. At myself, at the Skittle, at the world. I called Dr. Cheng's office later that afternoon. The very next day, at 8 in the morning, I had my own room at the good Doc's, and by 10:30am I was out of there with a new "tooth" (crown) ready to take on the next batch of Skittles after the required 12 hour waiting period. (I'm kidding, I'm never eating Skittles again, as they have wronged me.) I highly recommend Dr. Cheng for all your dentistry needs. Thank you for reading.”
