Not only was Kim the consummate professional, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with even the smallest detail of my mother-in-law's wake and funeral service. She picked up all the "slack" that I was unable to deal with since I was traveling by car from Massachusetts to Florida. Not even COVID-19 stopped Kim from planning the perfect service for my almost...105 year-old mother-in-law... The "viewing" area at Skyway was also beautiful and peaceful. “I had Anthony’s install a brand new American Standard AC unit and put larger AC ducts. The new unit, installation and duct work cost over $13,000.00. It was installed in 2011 and has not worked properly since day one. I have had Anthony’s come dozens of times over the years because this unit will not go below 77 degrees and will not maintain 78 degrees when we have family gatherings. We are lucky to have it maintain 82-83 degrees when more than 7 people are in the house. The unit is a 2 stage 17 sear. After a couple of years and numerous techs later, they had a person from American Standard come to the house and say that the computer was not installed correctly. This did not change anything. After a while and several techs later they said the AC wouldn’t come out of the first stage so they deactivated it and have it running all the time in stage 2. Still not working as it should. We have the maintenance plan and have it serviced every 6 months and are told it looks fine......it isn’t. We feel stuck with a very expensive unit that is defective and apparently so was the installation. Anthony’s is well aware of the issues and yet have not been able to resolve it for 9 years. This is not standing by your product or service. A bonus to this is that now only running in stage 2 our electric bill is substantially higher. The people at Anthony’s try to be nice but aren’t resolving the well known/documented issue. Lastly, we just had a service yesterday and the company had the nerve to try and sell us a fan cleaning for hundreds of dollars for a faulty unit that is a step away from being a $10,000 paper weight. It would be great if they provided the service/item promised and paid for. UPDATE, I was contacted by the company and they realized the issues that I mentioned on this post. I met with the Service Manager, Beadles, and she observed what the deficiencies were. She then met with the owner, Zeppi, and they made it right. They replaced the faulty unit and assured us of the quality installation. Of course it has been very mild out here, but so far it has been working great. I have to give this company much credit for standing by their product and issues and making it right. There are very few companies that would do this, in this day and age and I applaud them for this. Thanks Anthony’s and you have made us lifetime customers for this act,. You stood by your product and made sure it was right. Thanks again Mike and Beadles!”

“Just got back from a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island and a perfect stay at Beach View Retreat! The pics of the house really don't do it justice. Especially the outdoor pool area and the master suite on the top floor. Having two families staying in this house, space was the biggest concern, followed by the amenities and proximity to the beach. This house checks all of the boxes. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook every meal should you want to, which we did. The dining table has plenty of seating but if you need more there are stools in the kitchen which are great for the kids! Bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We were also pleasantly surprised to find all of the necessary items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). That saved us lots of money since we didn't need to go buy them from a store. We definitely wont hesitate to book with AMI Locals in the future. The whole experience was wonderful. If you're contemplating where to book and with whom stop right now and trust all of the reviews you're reading. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again AMI Locals!!”

“This place was pretty cool. Several fun things to do here. First is the boat launch at the end of the island. It’s got a decent ramp, but no parking for boat trailers. Along that area are spots to fish, a beach and a little trail along the beach. Second, there is an Native American Indian mound at this preserve. It’s back near the entrance but it’s a nice little historical area that tells the history of the natives and the settlers that came after. I love that sort of stuff and this was my favorite area of the preserve. Third, there are so many walking trails here it’s not even funny. Miles and miles of paved and non-paved trails. On top of all that you’ve got an observation tower that’s not too hard to get to, a couple of docks and plenty of areas to picnic. The rangers station up front is near the welcome center that has actual bathrooms. Otherwise you’re going to see port-a-johns. Overall, it was a fun place to spend a day and I will likely return.”

“Staff here is always friendly and the location stays busy since it's off the interstate. At times the lines can grow very long but they seem to manage even that well. They also have tip jars placed alongside the drive-thru window with a question and vote style system to place your money with your answer which I think is pretty cool too.”

“The tuxedos are great with amazing selection and fantastic staff that are very helpful and accommodating. My tux was sized perfectly for the wedding, along with my fellow groomsmen. In fact, they were able to improve the fit on another groomsmen on the fly with no warning. The flexibility and wide selection is great. I can't speak for the prices, but I found picking up my rental here to be extremely easy and fast!”

“Made an appt. on-line 2 weeks ago for this morning. I was impressed with their reservation system. You can see the open spots on the calendar and chose what is convenient for you. After making your on-line reservation, the system automatically adds the event to your calendar and provides reminders as the date approaches. When you arrive in the parking lot for your appt., a link is provided for you to check in from your car. You can wait in your car until they text you when they are ready and they did within 2 minutes of my appt. time. The person performing my test noticed that the Dr. had not provided a "diagnosis code" fpr one of my tests which would require me to pay when Medicare denies. The LabCorp employee contacted the Dr. after I left, acquired the code and then texted me that everything was taken care of. What more could you ask for? I'm done with Quest Diagnostics which wouldn't see me until I provided them with a credit card. This place is a whole new level!”

The F&D team off Lockwood Ridge was so incredible!
