“Really nice old school gym. Deceptively big. Multiple weight stations so even it is busy you can find a place to work out. Most of the people are advanced weightlifters but even if you are a new lifter no one cares. This is a place where you get your workout in and leave. The people there will help you if you want it and leave you alone if that is what you want. Very good value especially if you pay for the year up front. And there is always parking available. Highly recommend this gym.”

Paula met with us before-hand and was very amenable to creating a class suited for our members. She offers a wide range of classes, and we settled on an hour-long Latin Hip Hop themed dance cardio class. The class was SO much fun and was exactly what we were looking for.
