“As an Uber & Lyft driver, i was renting cars through Hertz Rideshare and was getting terrible service and cars with mechanical issues. Broken AC, Bad tires etc. Ever since I heard about AmeriDrive, It has been an absolute pleasure and it has saved me money and given me piece of mind. If i were to finance a brand new car and put a ton of miles on it doing rideshare, I would be out of warranty and would have to pay for repairs while making payments. I would be trapped. Been there done that! With Ameridrive, I am able to lease a car week by week or month by month and turn it in anytime or swap out and not have to worry about mileage or maintenance. This is perfect for me as I am a Rideshare driver. I literally can have my cake and eat it to. Their cars are absolutely amazing and they take great care of them. “I've lived here since 4/2018. Lived here way back in 1998, when it was called Cinnamon Square. Huge units 800+ SQ feet. Only professionals lived here then... I chose 1/1 1/2 bath, walk in closet. Minority groups mostly live here, Olympic sized pool, although only 9 feet on deep side. Palm trees all over. Orchids too. Assigned parking, covered parking at an extra cost. Down side: Garbage old fashioned, so, very noisy when garbage truck picks up. Overall, price of my unit, competitive. I am very sensitive to sounds, so, I do sleep with earplugs.”

Apartment searching for 4 months was tough but when I stopped in to Advenir at Walden Lake I knew my search was over...I met one of the team members in the leasing office (Steve) & from that day fourth everything was a breeze. Stevs took his time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. This is my very first apartment and I love it. No complaints. Every request I need I contact the leasing office and within hours the issue is fixed.
