This is one of few places that makes me feel a little like I'm back in the varsity weight room or conditioning workouts in college - working hard and smart along side a team with quality, knowledgeable and motivating coaches. Nate and Thomas have done an amazing job establishing a genuine and welcoming community. Workouts are fun, varied, effective and can be tweaked based on ability and fitness. They also follow a program that is great for members but also works well for those who come occasionally. Another great thing about P13 is the diversity (including age range and gender balance) - the crowd here is definitely more diverse than what I see at most other studios and I think it's indicative of the inclusive community here. I can go on with the many other great things but you just have to give it a try yourself! Only con is it's not closer to my house :)”

He was not quick to make a decision in my case which I really appreciated as I've been through the mill so to speak with physicians. I was floored by the expediency of the administrative procedures and the subsequent referrals. He was able to schedule an MRI for me easily.
