“I have 2 kids @ SMMS, each @ a different magnet and I can attest to the amazing commitment of both the magnet teachers & academic teachers. The magnet teachers are obviously super dedicated, they want their strands to be the best & often they are, which is very exciting. 90% of the academic teachers my children have had have also been excellent. Many offer before and/or after school help @ no charge. The school has a great parental environment & school climate in general. There are tons of activities and even mini-seminar like workshops for the kids on life skills. It’s not a perfect school, not that one might exist, but I’m glad my kids are there.”
