(January 28, 2019, 11:50 am)We stayed here while visiting Disney and the staff was amazing. It didn't matter what type of employee we dealt with they exceeded our expectations. With 4 children our room got messy quick and everytime housekeeping came through all the toys were cleaned up and the room was clean. I appreciated that the most. We ate breakfast every morning there and they had a great selection for everyone. Waffles, omelets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bacon, sausage and more. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay on property but doesn't want to pay for a resort.

(January 26, 2019, 5:51 pm)I am a huge fan of Hilton properties and for the Disney area, this hotel offers great prices. There is a fee for parking but that is to be expected; given the area....at least there is not a resort fee. The hotel staff are very welcoming...they greet you promptly and offer you warm chocolate walnut cookies. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a bit "posh". The decor is bright and welcoming. There is Disney related decor in the front lobby area and this is exciting for children. Check in was a breeze. I was able to check in on the app and request a digital key so I simply used my cell phone to unlock the side doors as well as the room. The rooms were very clean and very nicely decorated. I love the white sheets and comforter and love that the comforter was thick. We had a very comfy king size bed, a flat screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. This property is right around the corner from Disney Springs and there is a shuttle that provides free rides to and from the location. Check out was as easy as pushing a button on the app and my receipt was emailed to me. I would definitely stay here again.

(January 18, 2019, 11:50 am)I took my neice and her friends to celebrate her college graduation. I called ahead of time to request something special for her upon arrival and Carlos and Katie were amazing!!! There was champagne, champagne flutes, fruit and cheese when we opened the door!!!
The breakfast was fabulous every morning especially the Mickey Mouse waffles!!
We never had to drive anywhere, the busses are fabulous!
Thank you to everyone from the bell man the first night to the fabulous girl that checked us out and gave us warm cookies for the drive back home !!!
