“I went with my family on Tuesday 04/19/22 and we had an amazing experience. We were confused with the parking but a quick call and we were directed inside. We got Juan as our chef and he was amazing. My son has a shellfish allergy and he took care of us and the other family seated with us while making sure he cooked the shellfish at the end. My family is a big saucy family and he kept an eye out for our empty ginger containers and filled it with a smile. I will definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically moving forward.”

The staff was very friendly and helped with a smile which was greatly appreciated. The room was perfect for the weekend getaway. Everything worked which was a concern. The water was hot. “The team at the Lake Buena Vista Enterprise was great - very friendly & helpful. We needed a rental last-minute (on a busy holiday weekend, no less) & they not only were able to help us immediately, but at a very good rate for the vehicle we were given. The vehicle itself was well-maintained & very clean (no obnoxious odors - bonus!) and the process of both renting & returning was fast & efficient. Will definitely make this location our go-to spot for future car rentals!”

“I am a huge fan of Hilton properties and for the Disney area, this hotel offers great prices. There is a fee for parking but that is to be expected; given the area....at least there is not a resort fee. The hotel staff are very welcoming...they greet you promptly and offer you warm chocolate walnut cookies. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a bit "posh". The decor is bright and welcoming. There is Disney related decor in the front lobby area and this is exciting for children. Check in was a breeze. I was able to check in on the app and request a digital key so I simply used my cell phone to unlock the side doors as well as the room. The rooms were very clean and very nicely decorated. I love the white sheets and comforter and love that the comforter was thick. We had a very comfy king size bed, a flat screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. This property is right around the corner from Disney Springs and there is a shuttle that provides free rides to and from the location. Check out was as easy as pushing a button on the app and my receipt was emailed to me. I would definitely stay here again.”
