“Wonderful experience!!! Our waitress was amazing, i forgot his name but he is from Dominican Republic. help us to choose really tasty plates. He highly recommend to try the Margaritas, that was the best decision. The environment was gorgeous, live music that make that night even more special. To be honest everything was a complement to make an awesome experience. Thank you so much, believe me it will be unforgettable.”

“This is an all year round Christmas Shop. I wasn't expecting to find that kind of shop but I was pleasantly surprised, since I love Christmas! It is sooooo beautiful, near the entrance of Island of Adventures. It has a lot of merchandise and most of it is themed with elements from Island of Adventures and Universal Studios Florida. I noticed mostly a lot of Dr. Seuss (The Grinch, obviously) and Harry Potter, which I was very happy about. There are hats (Sadly no regular santa hats though), ribbons, Christmas stockings and mostly ornaments, but a lot more stuff too. The HP sections had House themed decorated trees and a bit more (including a miniature Hogwarts Replica and ornaments already sold in the Wizarding World) Overall, a very cute and pleasing Christmas shop. But obviously, the prices are pretty high just like the rest of the parks. There is also pretty much the same shop in Universal Studios Florida.”

“Such a cool place to run around and get lost. It's so big! Kids could be here having fun for hours without going on any rides. Has water features and water guns, caves, nets, and slides. And the realistic looking mountains at the Kong Skull Island ride just added to the effect.”

“We enjoyed this park as well. Great Marvel rides. This park is more suited for our older kids so we are happy that we went for our first time. The fast pass option is a must despite the price. It saves a great amount of time. Much more modern technology employed in their rides and attractions so everyone is entertained.”

“It's better than other fast foods in the park. The menu offers more options including salad, Chinese, pasta, fish and Nathan's hot dogs. There is plenty of seating available (inside & outside) and the decor it's even better. The service is still slow for this type of restaurant. Cleanliness it's also a big plus.”

“as with all of the theme park shops this shop was overly expensive. i bought only a single lanyard and i still ended up paying almost $15. on the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and finding what you wanted was reasonably easy. if you want some JP merch from your hols this is the place to go... well if you have money spare. ;-)”

“If you're into an old world Italian experience this is the place to have dinner. Cozy dining room, surprisingly good musicians who visit the tables and serenade you, attentive service, and generous portions. Lindsay helped us at our the table and she made it a great dining experience with her recommendations and her charm.”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed! We arrived late at night. The nice lady at the front desk was very pleasant and inviting. She asked us which side of the hotel we would like for the balcony view. I told her we were only here for the one night and leaving early in the morning so we had no preference on the view. Regardless, she gave us the city view which is beautiful. The hotel lobby and room were fantastic! We had a very clean room. We booked the 1 queen bed with a spa bath. It was smaller than we were expecting, but was wonderful. The only two downsides to this hotel are the thin walls and the cheap shower head. The shower, spa tub and everything was beautiful, however, and I would definitely stay here again!”

“Food could be better for the price. We ate at 3 broomsticks and I ordered a salad with meat pies, they tasted like cafeteria food from my junior high. Other than that, I do feel like they do a great job entertaining. Its hard to please everyone but they offer lots of options for all ages. They have created a place to escape life from. We had a great time, and with the many promos they offer..we will be back. Thanks for the memories Universal studios.”

“We came in for an easy meal after being at the parks all day. It was very quiet on a Friday night, our food was delivered quickly and was pretty darn tasty, Fabian, our bartender.. and the only server for the entire restaurant, was very attentive and made some spectacular drinks, we would come back for sure!”

“Prefer Starbucks over the other chain coffee shop. The coffee is much stronger. It would be nice if they had a better selection of hot breakfast items. Most of the items are pre-made and they cannot customize it like remove bacon, etc. The cold beverages are also great but watch out for the sugar content.”

“Great quick serve option in the Hard Rock. They serve Starbucks and have a Barista on staff to serve all your favorites.”

“Typical variety of gelato. I chose the PB and J. It tasted great, but mostly just like peanut butter. They had little bites of jelly, but were too few. Staff was great though.”
