(January 17, 2019, 9:35 am)From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed! We arrived late at night. The nice lady at the front desk was very pleasant and inviting. She asked us which side of the hotel we would like for the balcony view. I told her we were only here for the one night and leaving early in the morning so we had no preference on the view. Regardless, she gave us the city view which is beautiful.
The hotel lobby and room were fantastic! We had a very clean room. We booked the 1 queen bed with a spa bath. It was smaller than we were expecting, but was wonderful.
The only two downsides to this hotel are the thin walls and the cheap shower head. The shower, spa tub and everything was beautiful, however, and I would definitely stay here again! -

(January 13, 2019, 6:37 pm)First glance! Everything is awesome! Michael Ortiz the F&B Manager served us an awesome Chicken BLT and fries and kept our soda glasses full. The room is newly remodeled and exceptionally clean. The pool is sparkling clean. Let the vacation begin!

(January 9, 2019, 11:38 am)This hotel was incredible! We had a two room suite with two bathrooms, two kitchens, (one small, one full). It has three king beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Very clean, extremely comfortable, nice staff. Well definitely visit again. Right next to Universal city walk. Pool was nice, has a bar and food.

(January 7, 2019, 6:36 am)Great location. The hotel is near all Orlando's attractions. The hotel was also clean and very spacious, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I had an issue and the housekeeping manager handled the situation very quickly and professionally. Perfect hotel for a family. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

(December 18, 2018, 9:17 pm)Staff is welcoming and friendly. Our room was ready immediately at check-in. Parking was great. Room was as expected and met our needs to have a separate room for the kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Poolside pub was great. Bartender was very nice. Beds were very comfortable even the pullout. Only thing keeping from five stars were the pillows.... Rather disappointing. Would definitely return.
