“From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed! We arrived late at night. The nice lady at the front desk was very pleasant and inviting. She asked us which side of the hotel we would like for the balcony view. I told her we were only here for the one night and leaving early in the morning so we had no preference on the view. Regardless, she gave us the city view which is beautiful. The hotel lobby and room were fantastic! We had a very clean room. We booked the 1 queen bed with a spa bath. It was smaller than we were expecting, but was wonderful. The only two downsides to this hotel are the thin walls and the cheap shower head. The shower, spa tub and everything was beautiful, however, and I would definitely stay here again!”

“I think the rooms are over priced. I get you're staying in the park, but the amenities are not impressive. Ive paid $153 a night at a Hampton inn and had nicer more modern stuff. Our bathroom had a shower curtain instead of a sliding glass door. It has a single sink pedestal instead of a sink with a counter. I can't tell you the last time I saw a shower curtain in a hotel that cost this much. My mother in laws room cost $950 a night and she still had to buy park passes. The website is very confusing when purchasing things. Also, for as much money as we spent, we still had to pay for parking. Self parking is $24 a day and valet is $33 a day. The room is nice but it could be a little cheaper with free valet or free self parking.”
