“Very nice resort.....spoiler, time share. Lots of entertainment daily and you receive a weekly event sheet. Live entertainment is very, very good. Place is large with many pools, tennis courts and more. Place is good if you have children. Disney or Universal can only entertain so much without you going broke and tired. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dryer in apartment, screened balcony and outside grilling available.”

“Nice hotel, decent breakfast. I didn't use most amenities so I can't critic to be fair. Restaurant downstairs was good and reasonable prices and very nice staff. I didn't like the extra cost for a"resort"hotel. It felt like a regular hotel to me. Maybe the ride to Disney, idk.”

“The location was great. I hate that some buildings had elevators while others didn't. Entrance door did not have any weather striping. The room that I stayed in had a sky light, would recommend. The service was very good. The front desk will inform you about any updates to weather, events, and room service. If you need something, then don't hesitate to call. The front desk are more than happy to assist their guest. Room service is expensive. But there is other restaurants around the areas which make eating affordable.”

“Great vacation spot. Very quiet but LOTS OF FUN at pool and around facility. Lots of pools to chose from and every one we went to were clean. Staff were always helpful. We were woken up one morning at 7am from either lawnmower or weed whacking but got great sleep the other nights. Great security here and would highly recommend. So much to do outside facility too.”

The location is convenient to Disney and Universal and there is a fantastic pool area and splash/play pool for the kids. We will definitely return and recommend for anyone else.”

“We absolutely love Marriott and Royal Palms. We have stayed here twice now and have had perfect stays. We had an issue with another hotel we chose in Kissimmee and we were fortunate enough to go back to royal palms. They were able to accommodate us on a 5 minutes notice for a 7 day stay. After their hospitality, we decided this is the only hotel we will use here again! Everything in the 2 bedroom suite is modern and clean. There’s a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, balcony, loads of towels and linens, the works! And the staff goes above and beyond in making sure you have an amazing stay. The people at the check in desk, the gentleman who drives the tram, and the cleaning crew, everyone is fantastic! Thanks again for a peaceful, relaxing vacation ????”
