“Master Zamboni is an excellent teacher as are all the instructors here. I see how patient they are with the children and especially patient when working with developmentally delayed children. I look forward to class even when I’m tired and they always make it worth my time. I would like to see some classes added during the mornings and or afternoons for adults. I feel better prepared how to defend myself and can see a notice difference in my physique. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to build self confidence, get in shape, and or defend themselves and not become a victim. It’s better to have the tools and not ever have to use them then need them and wish you had signed up.”

“My wife and I moved from Orlando to Miami, Florida over 1 year ago but continue to travel 230 miles one way to see Dr Patel and his staff for dental care. This is because of the exceptional dental care we have received through the years from him. All my other doctors I have transferred to Miami except for Dr Patel. Why do we make the 4 hour trip one way to be seen at his Apopka office? In addition to the professional service he provides, we are treated like family as he and his staff treat us not as patients but as friends.
