“Three days after I bought my new car, the A/C went out. I took it by pep boys and they were really nice. They said there was a fee for looking at it, but if they were able to fix it then that fee would be waived and I would just pay for the repair. After they looked at it though, the repair was going to be very difficult and therefore very expensive. They told me so nicely and I thanked them and took the car back to the dealer. (And Pep Boys was absolutely telling me the truth about the cost and not trying the cheat me in anyway)”
