Crunch Fitness - Land O'Lakes

Have been receiving training services for about 5 months now with Mya. She is amazing!! She not only encourages me to push through, she’s amazing about correcting my form and educating!! My technique and progress is so much better because of her! Overall Gym has a great selection of equipment and love majority of the staff! Not leaving crunch anytime soon!

This reference is for the personal trainer Avery Welch. Avery has been working with me and I felt no negative pressure to continue my training sessions. He is a focused trainer and has been very flexible with me and my volatile work schedule. I am pushed but I’m not being pushed to the point I can’t get out of bed the next day.. a problem I have when I’m working out alone. Our sessions are focused and he’s a great motivator. The gym itself, it’s always clean and the machines are new. The people I’ve met have been mostly friendly. It’s a very clean environment where you can workout as hard oats you like but also welcomes beginners. So far it’s been a great few months of service here.

love this place i drive to it instead of the one 5 min away from me- massive and has so many of the best machines and separate squat room.
