I started working out with Steve in 2018. My workouts are tailored to my needs. And Steve encourages me to challenge myself without yelling at me. He’s also a yoga instructor which he uses to lead me through stretching that compliments my workout. Love this place!

Stephen is one of the nicest people I have met and is always trying to help others and has helped me and others develop and push ourselves more and more. He is an amazing personal trainer and his gym is the best place to train.

I started back in January. I was looking for someone to help get me motivated and moving again. After spending a couple of months with Stephen, the workouts, the nutrition advice and motivation, he has turned my life around. I'm in the best shape I have been since before my kids and most importantly working out has become something I look forward to doing everyday and I owe that to Stephen.

Steven is a great personal trainer in large part because he's an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. Steven consistently explains why we're doing what we're doing. Steven is just a cool guy, easy to talk to....someone who makes you feel very comfortable as you put yourself in the somewhat vulnerable position of attempting self-improvement.. I am very thankful for his time, knowledge, help and patience. As a result I’m feeling healthy and very fit.

The Trainer Coach Stephen is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is helpful and an amazing trainer. I go there once a week and have an amazing time. If you are looking to better yourself and get motivated this is the place.
