Reflex Taekwondo

This place is awesome. The staff is great with kids. I highly recommend!!!

We have been at Reflex with our oldest son for about a year and a half. He turns 6 next week and our 3 year old son started 3 months ago. I can't say enough good about this studio. Master Robaldo is so amazing with his students. He strikes a perfect balance of a leader who holds his students accountable and is encouraging at the same time. When my son started he was struggling with behavior in preschool. After a few months at Reflex we noticed a difference in his behavior and his confidence. He loved the routine and structure of taekwondo. He has grown so much in the past year and he loves going to class. I highly recommend Reflex to anyone interested in taekwondo.

This is the best Taekwondo facility in the Land o Lakes/Lutz/Wesley Chapel Area. Both instructors are wonderful and have a special way with kids. During the COVID virus, both instructors were very accommodating with the kids and flexible. The kids train hard and instructors are very good about keeping up with each one. Definitely give this place a shot!

My daughter started here when she was 5 and Mr. Robaldo and his assistant Mr. Raymond have been excellent teachers and supporters. Now she is advancing in belts and confidence. They provide a safe warm and pleasant learning environment. Mr. Robaldo is a genuine master, knowledgeable but humble, trained and understanding, tough but fair, fierce and kind.

He has gone out of his way to make sure we are always taken care of. I plan on joining my daughter soon and I know it will be rough getting myself back into shape at 43 but I don't think I would be treated as well anywhere than how I see Mr. Robaldo treat everyone.

We have been attending Reflex Taekwondo for 5 months now, and what an amazing experience it has been! Master Robaldo is great with the kids (I refer to him as the child whisperer) and provides a great balance of discipline, training and encouragement. My daughter has gained more confidence, physical strength, focus and mental determination in the last 5 months than the previous 5 years. I hope she’s a student here forever!

I want to be clear for any parents out there that the AC is ALWAYS on! I am there 4 days a week now that kiddo is on the tournament team, and I’ve never been hot once. And I’m the kind of person who turns the AC to 65 to sleep. It isn’t stuffy or unhealthy in any way. Yes, your kid will sweat. They are working out! And Master does teach all the classes. It’s called learning from the best!

It’s an amazing school. If your kid is interested, have them take a free class and see for yourself. :)
