“Chonya Alvarez helped make my daughter's 21st golden birthday the most memorable birthday she might ever have! First of all, Chonya came out to my house to install a fun balloon drop for my daughter after I picked her up from the airport, This began our 21st birthday celebration! The next morning Chonya drove from Wesley Chapel area to Treasure Island and decorated the bungalow I rented. When we arrived to our bungalow my daughter saw balloons and streamers on the door and knew exactly which one was ours for the next 24 hours. Once my daughter opened the door she was blown away by all of the decorations inside! I gave Chonya food, champagne, and lots of other things to set out so when my daughter opened the door she was EXTREMELY SURPRISED and HAPPY!! It was absolutely perfect! If that wasn't enough, Chonya came out to the house one more time at 7am on the 21st and set out " HAPPY GOLDEN 21ST BIRTHDAY HANNAH " in my yard!! She surrounded the design with things that represents who Hannah is ...musical notes, piano, singing, etc. It was really such a great celebration because Chonya went the extra mile to make it unique and different! Thank you Chonya for EVERYTHING!!! I have a big family and you can bet we will be doing this again very soon!! If there were more than 5 stars I would fill them all! Lisa Feigel”

“They were so nice with something that was 100% our fault. We dropped a uhaul trailer off after hours and left it outside their gate. 2 days later we realized a mistake we made and went back to confirm they checked in our trailer. The gentleman explained he did not have the trailer on my contract on his lot. I explained we dropped it off a few nights ago and I know it's not his problem but could we view any security footage to see if someone took it after we dropped it off. He said no one has taken a trailer in the three years he has been there. He explained one of the trailers was left in the last 2 days but he could not check it in because it was not checked out to anyone. He was fine with me staying on the lot to try and figure it out. Comes to find out the uhaul dealer we got it from put the wrong equipment number on our contract. After getting the clear from a uhaul representative, he was very helpful and most importantly kind and friendly about checking it in for us. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!”

“Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan. I was so relieved and happy and couldn’t be thankful enough for her poise and grace in resolving the situation! I highly, highly recommend this clinic to every one I know in the area.
