“I dumped Humana for Pharmaco and my life has greatly improved. Like most seniors with Humana insurance for medications, Humana pitched their pharmacy services to me two years ago. I have dreaded that decision to move my meds to Humana every day since then. My frustration and anxiety kept getting worse when i would get automated calls from Humana about some drug that was due for a refill. They would leave a long message, with a long ID number for me to use when i called back. Then, when i would call back, it was again an automated voice telling me the name of the drug that was due for renewal. My daughter would hear me screaming commands to the computer voice to no avail. Then she would have to call Humana, wait for nearly 60 minutes before a live person would get on the phone. Last month, she suggested I moved my meds from Humana to a local pharmacy. I picked Pharmaco because it is next door to the gym I go to. I can't tell you how much my life has settled down now that I have a real pharmacist who calls me (Chris- the owner), he stays on top of my medications, doesn't make my mind explode with all the fancy names, settles me down by just talking plain and simple, in a way I can easily understand. He really cares about his customers and will go well out of his way to make sure that you are well cared for. Initially I thought it would be more expensive than Humana, but it is pretty much the same cost--- without the anxiety.”

Recording said I would have to wait for 2 previous callers to complete their business; didn't actually take long at all. While Rosie was not actually able to handle my situation, she did allow me to speak to someone else when I asked. Melissa was very attentive; listened to my issue, registered my frustration, apologized for the inconvenience and solved my issue(s). While no institution/entity (banking or otherwise), is without issues/problems (especially during these unprecedented times), what I liked about my experience with these individuals and my experience today was their focus on problem resolution. That is what matters to me. They are conveniently located but I was not able to go into the branch due to my own challenges. When I have visited this location, I have always found it to be clean and easily accessible. They have ample drive-thru lanes and convenient hours.”

“What a nice place! People were very friendly, everyone wore masks, it was clean and welcoming! Food at the restaurant was very good, Tomahawk steak was our favorite, perfectly cooked and presented! Flat bread and meatballs as appetizers were also delicious!! Boys enjoyed Old Fashion cocktails, my girlfriend and I really liked MC Queen cocktail. Connects to the gulf and we have launched kayaks from this park. Dogs allowed off leash at disc golf field in the morning and evening. I can't remember exact hours, they are listed.”
