Mel is the best! I've lost 30 lbs since joining and thanks to her I don't have any more back pain. Her programming is awesome and it's very fun! Also, love the beach workouts on Saturdays! IRB for life!!!

IRB Crossfit and Coach Mel are amazing, I've been there once, travelling from Australia and, I wouldn't go anywhere else, best Crossfit gym I've ever been to. Whether working out in the gym, or on the beach, I highly recommend IRB Crossfit for fun and challenging workouts, with a great gym community. I have also used coach Mel for strength and conditioning training planning while at home in Australia because I trust her knowledge and experience.

Fantastic gym in Indian Rocks Beach! My wife and I were vacationing and wanted to start the day with a good workout, Coach Mel delivered. Very friendly, clean, great community. Will definitely be dropping in again in the future.

We’ve been going to IRB CrossFit and coach Mel for over 2 years. Every personal training session is a WORKOUT!!. It’s tailored to our needs, strength and endurance. She has a keen eye on when to push harder and we love it. No two sessions are the same. I don’t know how she does that, but it makes it so much fun to be challenged.
She’s also very active in our IRB community and that just wonderful.

Details matter and that's obvious with the organization and cleanliness of the facility right down to the spa like bathroom. With a beach in the backyard you couldn't ask for a better vacation box. Locals are lucky to have a fantastic Coach in Mel and box to call home.
