  Honestly had such a great experience here. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. My MRI tech Jessica made sure I was comfortable. She was very professional. 10/10 would highly recommend :)

  I was concerned after seeing such low reviews. But had my previous ultrasound here years ago and wanted to compare. Scheduling was super easy and they got me in quick. When I arrived they had minimal paperwork and a very nice receptionist. They called me back quickly and the procedure was very comfortable and quick. The tech couldn't have been nicer. Then they pulled up my results from my last ultrasound for my new doctor. Couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommend! And it's convenient for me too which is a bonus.

  After seeing so many negative reviews, I wanted to immediately post about my experience here today. Scheduling yesterday was fast & friendly yesterday, as well as check-in today. Lisa, the receptionist was friendly, quite efficient and attentive to all clients. I had zero wait and the Lisa quickly double-checked my financial responsibility prior so there were no surprises. My scan was 3 very long series of super uncomfortable positions due to my physical state (scans were of my back and I cannot lie flat due to bone protrusions from severe kyphosis) and tech Nathan truly went above & beyond to make me comfortable in all of them. He also made sure that the scans were accurate for my doctor. Perhaps new owner Akumin is the reasons for better service, but I highly recommend this location - I give an A+! Thank you, Akumin!
