“First time visit. I'm very glad they have Saturday hours. We took a 65 inch LED TV there for recycling. There was no cost and they help you unload it from your vehicle. “Perfect spot to kayak! If you just follow the numbered signs in the water from the kayak/canoe launch, you will be on a 2-hour magical tour through these beautiful mangrove tunnels. There are lots of little crabs everywhere, but they won't bother you. Do wear your bug spray and sunscreen even though much of it is shaded by a tree canopy. The signage on the water is all very clear and well-placed. It would be hard to get lost, which is great for someone directionally challenged (like me :) Even though we went during a busier day, there was still not too much traffic in the tunnels. There was a small breeze, but it took barely any effort to drift through the mangroves. You could just float and take your time admiring nature. This is a great adventure for all ages, even when it's hot out. I can see why this is the most popular mangrove tunnel spot to kayak in Tampa Bay! I felt so Florida doing this. Definitely check it out whether you're local or traveling from outside the area.”

“Below is my original post, which i would like to update as follows: After posting my review, i was contacted by Mr. Sacino, who was unaware of my complaint. He took it upon himself to personally look into my issue and was persistent with his follow up. Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer. Original post: I used Sacino's on the advice of a friend. I used the delivery service and within the 1st 3 deliveries a $400+ dress was missing. When I called to alert them, I was told the dress was delivered and the driver specifically remembered delivering the dress. When I pointed out that several other articles of clothing had been delivered and questioned how the driver could remember a particular dress among those items, I was told to "calm down" and someone would look into my issue. I was then told the dress was obviously stolen from the front door of my high rise, secure building downtown. while I was open to discussing the very remote possibility the dress was stolen from my front door, no one ever followed up and it's been weeks. I will never use them again.”
