“Aqua is the ONLY company I'll be working with for my AC maintenance and repair going forward. I needed a complete HVAC replacement (including ductwork) and Carlos was wonderful to work with on the quotes and initial project planning. The entire replacement was done in one day (Andrew, Eric, and Hector were extremely professional, friendly, and VERY skilled- great crew!) and my new system is working perfectly. Pricing was competitive with other local companies but they were the only ones who guaranteed the job could be completed in one day (in at 8am, done at 3pm). I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

The locks are very complicated, but Sean spent at least 30 minutes with me to make sure i could do it. I have this 4 stars, but only because of the challenging locks - Sean would get 5 stars.”

“This is the place to go if you want a hot tub. We had done a bit of looking around, and kept hearing the wait for a tub was anywhere from 6 months to a year. We went to the store in Sarasota and talked to Stephen Rodgers. Told him what we were looking for, and he showed us some options that could be delivered in one week. He gave us the details and features on a couple of different models. We chose the one we wanted, and he set up delivery - a week from the day we were there. Delivery arrived as scheduled. The three man crew delivering the tub were a great team. Arrived as scheduled, got the tub wheeled back to our desired location, put the steps together, installed the cover lifter, and gave us a brief tutorial on the tub features and controls, using the chemicals, etc. We also used their recommended electrician - Al Scott - to do the electrical work needed. He contacted us to arrange the time, and he and his helper arrived as scheduled despite a bit of nasty weather that morning. They got the job done quickly and we were up and running in a couple of hours. If you want a hot tub and don't want to wait a year, this is the place to go.”

“I went into 7-Eleven store I was very hungry this guy that was behind the counter I believe his name was Johnny I remember him saying he get off at 6 a.m. he was very nice pleasant to talk to I was asking him questions about how much the Cuban sandwich was how much does Italian sub cost. could you press the Italian sub and was the chicken wings good, in general just asking him a lot of questions about the stuff in the store and he was very forthcoming and answering my question he made my visit and my grandson visit very pleasant we ended up getting the pizza and it was very delicious very nice guy friendly very respectable I wish it was more customer service like him. His name was Johnny he also helped us download the 7-Eleven app way to go Johnny good customer service.”
