I had many questions regarding my new pressure washer and after speaking with numerous people from HomeDepot, Lowes, and the Simpson customer support (Simpson is brand of pressure washer that I have) Stephen answered all my questions, that none of the other people, that I probably spent hours with on the phone, could answer with confidence, when Stephen easily answered them all in, what seemed like, less than 30minutes.
