“I have had a vacation package with World Wide Vacations for several years now. The resorts where I've stayed have been wonderful! I think my favorite trip was the one to Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico. The grounds were beautiful, the room where we stayed and the customer service we received was amazing! World Wide Vacations also has excellent customer service! This is due in large part to Alicia Goodwin, who has booked all my vacations. She is friendly, courteous and very professional at all times! Whenever I have a question or concern, she emails or calls me in a very timely manner as she answers and explains everything. “a month ago I went to my cousins birthday party and noticed immediately his wife’s hair!!! Love her to pieces but the last time I had seen her her hair looked dry and were actually talking about how our hair was starting to thin out. Not this night. Honey it was Dominican hair gone Asian! I was intrigued and asked her what the heck had she done to bring her hair back to life and honestly better than I had ever seen it! She told my about Lea and the oxygen treatment and I decided to take a try at it! OH MY LORD!!! My hair honey is magic! Its thick, fuller SHINY , and healthy! I used to have to put products on my hair when I would leave it curly to avoid frizz, nope now I just wash and go! The money I’m saving on products is insane!!! When I do blowout my hair it’s so much easier to manage and I used to dread going out in the early mornings for fear of the humidity turning my hair slay into lion king mane! Not anymore! Aside from how beautiful my hair is it has grown insanely fast and I even have new growth of hair I had lost after I had my babies, 6 years ago! Everywhere I go someone comments on my hair and it’s because it’s just that astonishing! If you’ve had your hair to start thinning out I’m telling you you need to do this treatment!!!”

First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.”

They really got the key things right -- provide all meals and snacks for the kids (we didn't have to pack anything the night before, so convenient!), have good hours, video cams so we could check in every so often (a grandparent favorite), give regular updates throughout the day, and the teachers and staff are caring and nice.
