“I joined elite last April. I used to do yoga , had a personal trainer 3 days a week and ran about 10 miles a week. I gave it all up when I started working out here. You get all of that in one class. HITT, plyo, boxing , weight training etc. Very patient instructors that really take time to train their clients. NSB and South Daytona gyms are clean and well equipped. They have an Ormond gym but I’ve never been. The family that owns the place is impressive. Check it out. You won’t be sorry.”

“Garlic knots were full of flavor. Pizza you can tell was made with fresh dough and sauce cheese ratio was good. We like our pizza well done. They thought they burnt it which was not burnt at all and offered us another pizza at no cost. Will go back again”
