“I had a relaxing and amazing vacation here. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The room was very clean and nice the balcony was definitely a nice addition with the view of the splash park and water. I enjoyed the feeling of home in the room with a kitchen and wash machine and dryer. The location is great and your not far from anything. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i wish they had a better way of getting splash park passes but for now you have to go to the lobby daily to get your passes”

“We love staying at the Monteray. We stay a couple months in #8. The unit is Great! Has everything you need. Really clean, neat, nicely decorated, and stocked with great kitchen pans/utensils, etc. They also offer Beach gear, which we generally don’t use as we bring our own. But a very nice gesture. Great quiet location but walking distance to restaurants with Trolley stop right in front. The pool is clean and heated. We also enjoy the quieter beach by the Monteray. We’ve made friends with the other long term renters there and it’s so nice to see them every year. We really like working with Barbara, the manager of our unit, and the majority of units. She really cares about the units she manages and the whole Monteray. We saw her weekly. She’s very easy to talk to and very responsive! We can’t thank her enough about the care she does for the Monteray and the guests!”

“This RV park and county park was really a gem. The price was terrific (around $33/night) and the facilities were clean and well-kept. The bathroom looks to be new inside. The sites are arranged in pods with the outer sites having the more ideal spots. There is construction on about 5 of the pods but it is separated from the rest of the pods and does not really interfere. There are ample places to ride bikes and walk or jog. Dogs are only allowed in the campground, not the rest of the park. The swimming pool was only open Wednesday-Sunday when we were there in March.”

“Paradise Shores is a place for everyone and one block from the beach which is absolutely beautiful Jeanette is a wonderful host she’s responsive within minutes and will accommodate you with anything you need the apartment was extremely clean and has everything you need we absolutely love staying there we were there for a month the surrounding area is amazing with friendly people the neighbors in the apartment complex (there are eight apartments) are all friendly and nice we made amazing friends. If you want a nice clean place close to the beach and close to everything else this is a place to stay!!!”

What started off rocky by not getting quite the room I expected turned into a phenomenal trip with the French managers and Dutch gentleman’s intern hospitality. Both of them helped make this experience a true delight. But it didn’t stop there. Literally every human on this property minus one grouchy pool guy was a delight and fantastic. And helpful. I’m very I pressed by the talent here. Additionally very impressed by the guests. Had a blast chatting with a Wide range of nationalities including Americans. The nicest group of people. “A perfect Getaway, perfect host, perfect stay! This is the second time we have vacationed at the Old Man & the Sea Inn. If you want an easy, relaxing trip look no further. Literally steps from the beach. Such a convenience to be so close to the beach and be able to run back for lunch, a drink or a bathroom break when you are soaking in the glorious sun. I can't say enough about the host Dan. He is literally a text away to quickly respond about choices of restaurants, suggestions, or anything you might need. There are so many beach chairs for you to choose from, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards - all for each guest to use. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and perfect for your vacation needs. You truly don't even need a car (although every room has a parking spot). We used instacart to deliver our groceries and plopped ourselves on the beach. At night you could venture out and take the free jitney into town. The beach is amazing. Picture perfect. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here so much and we will definitely be back!!!!”
