“The people are "amazing"! Very friendly! Management is professional & friendly. The clubhouse is kept clean & organized. Lots of activities for everyone. Yes, they do have fishing allowed in the lakes there. Golf cart trails you will love. Pool is very clean & you will love the temperature. Jacuzzi is wonderful! The golf grounds are kept up & you can even join a golfing club. I have nothing but good things to say. You get "a lot" and pay "little"! A++”

“We chose this campground because we were to return the RV at Miami airport next day. We arrived late having quite some trouble finding our way to reception, make sure u read the map carefully, don’t just follow the navigation. Both camp site and public shower room were small. That’s why my husband had too leave his clothes outside the shower curtain while showering, his cellphone was stolen. With passcode access to the shower room, it was done by someone who knows the passcode. Staffs were helpful and I really appreciate it.”

“Very private, my family stayed for 4 nights. The fold out sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable (you can feel the springs) otherwise it served our purpose perfectly. Easy access to Turtle Beach (which was a better time than siesta beach) used the dock when we rented a boat. They also had some beach gear (we bought more and left it behind for the next guest)”

“This place is charming. Very clean, private, comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The balcony has direct sea views. Sunrises are beautiful. The pool is very clean, it's great. Access to the beach is easy and comfortable with a shower at the entrance. It is very quiet, you will hear the sea at all times. “Very nice no frills place to relax.Not your hotel with all the bells and whistles.Timeshare place where i traded a week for.Kathy who checked me in was very nice and gave some suggestions where to eat.2bdrm well appointed and enough room for a family of 4. Don`t be put off by elevator had better days. had a room on gulf side 401 was nice not a sea view but was ok.Would def. come back here close enough to get around on the trolley.Far enough from hustle of clearwater.The beach is great not a lot of people at all you almost have it to yourself.Never saw the beach rental guy just used what was left out for lounge and umbrella.Just head to store pick up some items for the week and relax.The restaurant across the street was really good had a nice dinner there one night.”

“Very Nice, we had a 3 bedroom condo with a pool and a kiddie pool 7 inches to almost 4 feet with lots of water splashing areas for the children to explore their interest. We recieved wrist bands for 20% discounts on many places to eat and also access to the Water parks multiple. We did not go to The Water Mountain Park however we had access with the wrist bands. We did go to the Waterpark next door to our Condo which had a lazy river and adult pool plus the large child poolpark area where kids could play under parents supervision. Amazing day for us all. Very enjoyable! Peaceful and very relaxing for parents and children explored until they wore themselves out on all the available slides and wonderful splashing fun they could find. Also for us it was not crowded during the Week.”

The location is perfect. You don't need to have a car because everything you may need it in walking distance. But if you have a car there is even more to do within a close or short drive. We have stayed in several units and they all have been quality. We will continue to visit as many times as we can!”

“My husband has been staying there long term for work, and I joined him for a night. The staff at the front desk (Alisa and Bradley) were friendly and helpful. He had let them know I was coming, and I quickly figured out they knew him by name, and got me a key. Carolyn at the bar also stood out, as she is extremely friendly and attentive. Our room has been recently redone, and we have no complaints. Our two-year-old has plenty of room to play in the room.”
