“I have visited many shelters in the past month and this by far was the nicest shelter I have visited. We were greeted very nicely, and then taken and shown where the doggos were. Although we did not find our new family member at this particular humane society, I still highly recommend it. We were also thanked for coming in and welcomed visit again. I really liked the fact that they had rooms for meet and greets and then you could take outside, if wanted. The place was very clean and organized. Thank you Halifax Humane Society for doing what you do!”

“My daughter and I grabbed lunch and just set in the parking lot with all our car windows down taking in the fresh cool salty Sea air. It was so relaxing but surprisingly few people were at the beach hanging out that afternoon. The weather was beautiful and the children were laughing and playing at the water splash park and on the playground. People were just chilling. It really is a great place to have fun and enjoy the Florida ????. Check it out and have a family picnic. Yes, Sun Splash Park has a small picnic area with grills. Enjoy!”

“I was greeted by the people who I assume were managers at the park when i arrived. They were very helpful and explained the place and the area for touring around. The best part was when Barb and John stopped by to see if we along with others were comfortable and were clear that the park was concerned about everyone's comfort and were told to bring any concerns to their attention. I came in driving a rented convertible and Barb come to me to ask that i please be aware that music is much louder outside that normal but in a way that expressed concern for others rather than in a mean or nasty way. Those are good people if you ask me. Its a big deal when people actually care about the whole rather than just a few. Good experience, and thank you.”

“I would give ten stars for the customer service. Samantha was amazing. Very courteous and respectful. Not too mention super helpful as I transition from Samsung to iPhone. Customers were being rude and yet she still kept her composure. Which brings me to why I only gave four stars. Only two staff members for a Verizon store in a mall, on a Saturday, is not very smart. Management should’ve been there or more staff called in or something to help those two girls that were there today. Overall, great little store. This is also not a corporate store either. “Beautiful park with ample parking. It has a partially paved walking/jogging trail all around the lake's perimeter. It's great for a stroll, picnic, or party at one of their pavilions. There is also a beautiful dock overlooking the lake located underneath a majestic tree. It's always a sight to see in winter with the festive lights strung around each tree and structure. Not for swimming or wildlife interaction, but a great park to relax and enjoy the beauty that Florida had to offer.”

“This is a great retirement community. Anita the manager is very friendly and helpful. Anita took our reservation over the phone and we arrived after dark and the time we said we would be there and she comped us that night. The lot we rented with our mobile home was roomy. The community is well kept and clean. Everyone is very helpful. We will definitely return here Our stay was January 2020.”
