“Went here only to by propane for my forklift. That experience was fine. Great service and staff was friendly. Did not look around the park but what I did see was well kept and the place was very clean and quiet. The pool area looked clean as well. But from what I saw the place would be worth checking out if you are looking for a place to stay in your RV.”

“Went here for a wedding. The property was very nice and well up kept. There is a small hall (note:no a.c., just windows that could open), and plenty of bathroom space with showers. The lake is gorgeous. There is very little to no cell service in the area, so be sure to download an offline map, or know the route you need to take!”

“The campground are usually fairly empty so good sites are almost always available. Less people using the bathroom facilities mean they are cleaner and never a wait. There's a black bear that likes to hang out near the shutdown facility that you can sometime see at night. The stars are gorgeous.”

“Very, very Nice Disk Golf course! Park was in great shape. Nice water features and welcoming wild life. Saw 1 small alligator some waterfowl and turtles. Also saw a bunch of folks having a Medieval Times live action role play at one of The pavilions last weekend! Crazy.........”

“Just past the 3 mile marker the trail is blocked by a gate. The trail no longer continues to the east entrance. I was told that someone bought land that intersects the trail and does not want trespassers. This is very disappointing as the land and quiet solitude beyond the gate is a beautiful thing to behold. Silence is a rare commodity in our hectic, connected world. I wish there were a solution, it's quite a beautiful ride from end to end. It's a nice preserve for wildlife for sure.”

“We have been here for 4 mo and will be staying 2 more before we head back to home in Mountain City Tn. This is our 1 season here and it now will be our winter campground. The owners are great as well as the staff. Most of all what makes this place great is the people that are here. We really enjoy staying here. There are people you can never make happy no matter what you try to do. As for us we love it here.”

If you have little ones, try going when the older kids are at school as it can get a little crazy when all the teenagers start running around in the late afternoon”

“Perfect very nice helpful and clean. When I came here I didn't want to leave. The people that live here is also very nice and friendly. My kids can play safely and freely. I had a tragedy happened to me a fire in my home and know where to go. And holiday park helped me in any way the could to give me a chance to start over. And was very tentative to my needs. I called so many park and no one would help me and my family that was living in the car a family of 6me my husband and are 4 children. I definitely would recommend people to stay here. “This place caught me by surprise as I had passed by for months. This is a beautiful serene park that is clean and well kept. This park is good for walking, picnics or if you just want to feel close to nature. It has a bridge through natural grasses and vegetation along with a path right next to a pond filled with ducks, fish, birds. I felt at one with nature at this park.”
