She was friendly, polite, professional and very communicative. We had an initial small issue with the wrong color being ordered for one of our group's jacket by another worker but Jackie promptly caught this in advance of the due date, truthfully explained what happened and quickly fixed the error and ensured that all the jackets arrived promptly. Overall, their service was excellent and prices were definitely more reasonable and affordable than any other location within the 30 mile radius this shop is located.
