“My husband has been staying there long term for work, and I joined him for a night. The staff at the front desk (Alisa and Bradley) were friendly and helpful. He had let them know I was coming, and I quickly figured out they knew him by name, and got me a key. Carolyn at the bar also stood out, as she is extremely friendly and attentive. Our room has been recently redone, and we have no complaints. Our two-year-old has plenty of room to play in the room.”

He put in a new 220v switch and upgraded the wiring to the heater. Phil was able to come give me a quote the same day I called and returned the following day to complete the job, despite having another previous job earlier that day. I was very pleased with the quality of his work, his professional and the great price! I thanked him for squeezing me in so quickly and I have recommended him to all my friends and family.”

“Great breakfast and lunch restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Food is meticulously prepared gourmet takes on vaguely southern American cuisine. The pricing is remarkably affordable for the quality of ingredients and preparation. I had a special with blueberry French toast, eggs, and bacon. The French toast was covered with a mildly sweet blueberry compote. The subtle flavor and fresh fruit flavors were almost European in restraint from being the typical overly sweet fruit topping for breakfast foods. Lemonade has a green-yellow tinge and is totally forgettable. I went back for brunch one week later. I had some fantastic pancakes with excellent crispy bacon as sides. My main dish was the farmer’s omelette with green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Everything is cooked to order and made from scratch. They even indulged my request to have my order fried up in bacon grease. It takes some time, but the end result is approaching cafe perfection.”

“A great place to go if your looking for really thick or wide pieces of rough cut exotic woods that normally no one else carries. Prices are fair to good on all the lumber there. Employees / Owners are very friendly and helpful when I asked them questions, even when I looked like a crazy homeless person who just rolled off the streets. Only thing I wish is they were opened on the weekends for at least a single day even if it's just for a few hours. That way people who want lumber that work a 9-5 don't need to take the day off to go shopping here.”
