“My bedroom ceiling collapsed two years ago. I called the insurance company, they said it was not covered. I read my complete policy and called the insurance company back because it was covered. They said I could only get $300.00. I called Mike, and from our first conversation, he was very positive and encouraging. I appreciated how he returned my calls no matter how busy he would text and email. He always kept me updated on the process of my claim with the insurance company. We are pleased with the settlement we received. There are a small amount people or companies I would recommend, but Mike is first on my list”

“Easy in and out if not a lot of trucks parked in front t of doors . I arrive 30 min before appointment. Got a door right away within 10 min they started to unload me. Easy back great spacing between the doors. Receiving lady was nice and professional. There was a trailer in the door she had given me she didn't just sit there, she got up and walked outside to address the problem. She is a great employee never let her go. Thanks for everything.”

“Ray and the crew at Hidden Creek Golf Carts are top-notch. They are easy to work with, flexible to individual needs and timelines, and prompt with service. I personally had a cart on order in 2022 but changed my plans at the last minute. Ray was understanding and thanked me for my business even though I had to cancel. Then in 2023 my plans changed again and I requested a cart in relatively short order … they delivered the cart to my house the following afternoon with all of the accessories I asked for! There are a lot of options you can add to your cart for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this small, local business because they care about customer service and quickly develop a relationship with each person. And let’s not forget this is a Veteran-Owned business!!”

“Was biking to Madeira Beach when I saw a nice gentleman marketing strange clouds smoke and Vape shop at the corner of Park Boulevard name Mark Mark Let me know that today was 710 special holiday lol Walking into the store this place is awesome I hook me up with a couple CBD gummy’s. They are super friendly, customer oriented, so my needs and helped me out and I getting set up for what looks like a good day of business! Lastly the vibe in here and atmosphere is the biggest thing that stands out price is like reasonable and fair and they have so many products I could spend 20 hours in !here just looking at one display! Overall this place is super awesome the staff is super friendly and they just earned a loyal lifelong customer thanks strange cloud smoke shop! “EDIT: I had an order / shipping issue that was resolved to satisfaction, including a refund of my purchase and follow-up on information pertaining to some out of stock items that I was interested in. BarProducts has some amazing options for a Home Bar Enthusiast like myself and I look forward to using them again in the future! :) --- I have been contacted about resolving my issue, which I appreciate. I will be happy to update my review once my refund is complete. --- Not giving a 1-star because they were good for me in the past... but if my last experience with them had been the first time I'd used BarProducts, I would assume they were always awful. I paid for shipping for an order that never arrived... only after repeated attempts to track down my order (weeks overdue), did I get told the items were not going to be restocked and I would not get my order. It was then apparently my responsibility to repeatedly ask for a refund. Long story short... while my items (that I didn't receive) were eventually refunded, thanks to my persistence. I paid $12.38 in shipping for those items that I never received and was never credited for this shipping charge. From my perspective, the money is a minor issue... but the lack of interest in following up with me, willingness to keep money they shouldn't have charged me and overall POOR customer service are red flags for me going forward. But if $13 is worth losing business from a previously satisfied customer, than I guess that is their prerogative. I know this isn't everyone's experience... hopefully yours is better. She was definitely one of the nicest bankers I’ve ever done business with. She learned on the fly for me and made sure I was taken care of. I had a horrible experience with an online only bank and I’m so glad I came here. Oh, back when this place was Suntrust, the service was awful. “Sharing this review from my dad who does not have a google account! He was so happy with A-1 I had to share his feedback: Here is the story: I Went to unzip the rear window and the zipper pull came off. I looked closely at it to see if I could reattach it but the part that holds the pull to the slider broke off in my hand! My 95M has 50K miles. It s the original top and clear window that look really fantastic. I was heartbroken. The rest of the zipper is perfect. The teeth are all intact and zips and unzips easily. I found A-1 Tops & interiors online and gave them a call. Bob answered at A-1 Tops. I asked him if just the slider could be replaced. He said not usually but he would look at it. One hour drive to get there from Tampa. He was installing a new canvas top on an Audi TT. He looked through a box of zipper sliders and pulls, selects one and started to work. He removed the zipper stop and within 3 minutes the new zipper slider and pull were on!! BOB!! You are a master!!!! He said thanks and how does $20 sound. I said BOB I am so happy God led me to you - here is $40! He preceded to show me his vintage Chris Craft boat he is restoring and a 1940’s convertible. Really good guy! I said “Bob I hope my top lasts forever but when it needs replacement I am bringing it to you!!”
