“I came to Athletes' Potential with knee pain that was preventing me from running and doing the strength work that I wanted to in the gym. I worked with Sam Gillespie and it was a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and really provides a personalized rehab plan. We worked on how to modify the exercises I currently do to help rehab the knee. After a few sessions the knee was feeling great so we moved onto the shoulder. Again, the same great experience. Their #1 goal is getting you back to the activities that you enjoy doing. Would highly recommend!”

“Gathered and grounded is one of a kind space! The studio is really spacious and well designed, with different areas to host classes, workshops and small offices that invite to more intimate conversations. The atmosphere and energy is beautiful, you can feel this studio was envisioned with a clear purpose in mind - to care for the youth and their families. This is a space for the community to create positive, supportive experiences. Marnie is the owner and you’ll feel happier and energized just by being in her presence. I lead a workshop in November in this beautiful space and everything was ready for me. The participants felt welcomed and they all had a positive comment of the studio. I highly recommend this space and its several offerings for teen programs, parents, teachers, coaches and therapists.”
