I am going to start doing Pilates at stability again to complement PT for my back pain. The back office staff were also very caring and helpful. Each one who was set up for me, really did a fantastic job, from the moment I walked back to going through my many questions and making sure I had the answer. Also I had to get blood work done, the lady's name has slipped my mind but she is the best at what she does. We spoke a little, and with 20 something years of experience you can really tell. He loves the doctor but was rather nervous about the process. She took the time to explain the tools used, what everything would feel like, and answer his questions. She then talked him through each step and comforted his nerves all along the way. He left with a numb mouth and a new filling but, more importantly, he left still loving his dentist and asking when was the next time he would get to see her. Just wow!
