I was very happy with the professionalism and ability to finish the job in one day. Our house has 2000 + feet of wood floors and everyone else said 2-3 days of work. “I went to Larry’s tire shop last week because my tire was flat. Jacob was able to place a spare on until I was able to come back a few days later to a purchase a brand new tire. Literally 3 days after getting the back tire replaced, I got a huge nail stuck in front tire (so frustrating)! I went straight over to Larry’s shop the very next day. I do believe the frustrations of the situation was written all over my face, because Jacob said the most important thing to me, “ No worries, it may be an easy fix. Let’s just see what the damage is and go from there. Take it one step at a time.” Those words honestly meant the world to me in that very moment! As a female, it is so important to me to find honest and caring customer service business when it comes to the needs of my car. The ugly truth is that there are some people who will financially take advantage of female customers because of there lack of knowledge about cars. However, Larry’s shop was nothing like that. They took care of me in my time of need and helped to relieve my stress at a time I needed it most. Jacob and his team are extremely kind, and they are the perfect example of what an A+ business should exude. Amazing customer service, kind hearted, and very good prices. I’m not going anywhere else. “My sister and I decided to try this gem of a place as a surprise for our mother’s birthday. It was truly a rewarding gamble. I ordered online on a Sunday and chose the option to pick up the order between 12pm and 7pm the following Monday. Abernathy is always busy nowadays so expect to maneuver a little bit if you’re driving and need to park. The CVS on the corner of Abernathy (across from Wells Fargo on one corner and across from Goodwill on the other corner) has more than enough parking for one to park, walk to the bakery and back to your space without much hassle. (As with any location in Atlanta, Stay on your toes, you can get caught slipping) Truth be told, I’m not entirely sure if my order was received or not, but the payment went through and I got an email confirmation. While the owner may not have associated my name and order, he was super courteous and helpful. As soon as I showed my order confirmation via my email, he prepared my order right away. (While ordering 1 dozen cupcakes here means 1 style, no customization...((extra $ for assorted dozen cupcakes)) the owner was extremely accommodating and made sure I had 12 lemon cupcakes ((a mix of 6 just lemon and 6 lemon/blueberry)) cupcakes in order to fulfill my order). My mother had a birthday full of joy with these vegan treats. We are quite grateful for this place and look forward to ordering again real soon!”
