“I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.”
