“I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.”

I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”

We were able to send in inspiration pictures for our cake, and they did an amazing job bringing our vision to life. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Not only do their desserts look good, but they taste amazing too. After trying the different flavors, fillings, and frostings, we decided we wanted a little bit of everything. For our wedding we had a stunning cake and several types of mini cupcakes. Our guests were raving! We also used Creative Cakes for a dessert bar at the bridal shower where almost everything was devoured. We received so many compliments at the shower that we knew we made the right choice for our actual wedding as well. I cannot highly recommend Creative Cakes enough.”

“This business beats any detailse I’ve ever been too. The pricing is phenomenal as well as the outcome. I was ashamed dropping my car off because of how much of a wreck it was… leaves, hair, dirt, stains, crumbs everywhere in between the cracks, seats and flooring. There was also a little urine smell left behind because my puppy made a little accident from I’m not too sure when.. it was all removed like magic. Not a spot left behind. I’m so impressed by the work that was done and my car looks brand new… definitely getting my family member’s cars done soon as well! Price & work ethic are both definitely worth it.
