Christy is a true healer. I sought out her services due to sleep issues. Christy did a comprehensive workup which she explained in full detail and even provided print outs with suggestions on everything from lifestyle, herbs, diet etc. She also performed a shiro oil treatment. The treatment itself was so relaxing and afterwards I left like I was floating. My sleep issues seem to have resolved and almost a week later I still feel like I am floating. I will be incorporating Christy's services into my regular wellness program!
