“It was fine. We showed up at 7:30, there was a short line, the security guard made sure everyone knew what was going on in English and Spanish. Everyone working there was friendly and everyone waiting was patient and polite. If you have your act together and everything ready you'll be fine. Maybe some of the other reviewers were having a bad day. It's smaller than the Libertyville office was, so it's a little slower, but we were out with a learners permit in a couple hours. Nobody wants to be there, just be patient and polite and you'll get what you need.”

“Went today to get my new state ID, at first I was worried after reading some of the reviews saying how awful the place was and to my surprise it wasn't bad at all. Everyone there was very helpful and extremely nice, almost every counter was open, and even though it looked like it was going to be a long wait, I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. I've definitely had worse times at other dmvs and I wish I had caught the name women who helped me, but I told her I would definitely leave a review. So thank you to her and everyone there, you guys were awesome!”

“On 10/21/2018 in the evening I caught a flat tire by 55th and Garfield on the express way and to my rescue an emergency patrol driver Matt Spina Badge # 35 pulled along the shoulder behind me and offered a hand. He was very nice and helpful during the entire time from removing the spare tire from my trunk and replacing it with the flat tire. Great experience and he arrived in a short amount of time from the moment I pulled over. Overall the service and experience was GREAT and I really appreciated it.”

“I had just moved here. So I came in on a Saturday to get my license, registration and plates. The whole process went smoothly. I would go early, because they are super busy. All the staff I dealt with( about 6 of them) were all super nice and helpful. I was in there for 1.5 hrs, but I had more then average to get done. As for having to take the written license test again. That stinks for sure. It would be nice if there is a quiter location to do it. The computers for the testing worked well and the process was easy. Just distracting for people that have a harder time taking tests. But, that isn't the workers fault at all.”
