“This hotel is literally one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The rooms are super nice, clean, big, and they smell great. The pool is pretty big and is very warm. And last but DEFINITELY not least, the staff is absolutely amazing, especially Lisa. She was so nice and helpful(SHE DESERVES A RAISE) They also had complimentary cookies which were delicious. Thanks to Lisa for being so kind and funny (she deserves a raise) I would give this hotel 11 stars if I could. P.S. did I say Lisa should get a raise?”

“Getting ready to check out of this establishment and wanted to let those know that plan to stay here. Its worth it. Staff nice and professional in all areas of the resort. Clean, comfy rooms and areas. Only ate breakfast at the Terrace Cafe delicious. My only complaint that lead to the 4 stars is when we dine at the Jambalaya restaurant. It was a group of 10. Some order food some ordered drinks. Since we sat together and wanted separate bills. They took it upon themselves to add the gratuity to each bill. They interfere with the waitress tip by doing this. She would have gotten a bigger tip if they didn't add on gratuity. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay here.”

“High rating for comfort / price. Motel was less than $50. My room was clean and had no odor, I a very sensitive to old smoke, heavy deodorant and mildew. Room , linens and lobby.. no odor! Room had fridge, ironing board, iron , hair dryer, large LCD TV, hairdryer, microwave but no clock. I don't miss a clock. I use my cell phone. Waking up to an alarm the previous occupant set can wean you of hotel clocks. I liked I could plug my charger in at bedside without having to be a tunnel rat. The bathroom lights seem to be on an occupancy switch, so if you fall asleep in the tub you may wake up in the dark. A polite way to describe the free breakfast is, "It was extremely limited". The area has numerous independent motels, rather than take chances I plan to stay at Sun Inn Motel my next trip.”
