(October 9, 2018, 2:04 pm)This gym is a true family of people pushing themselves and others to be better. There is no judgement, no intimidation. The on ramp course does a great job of slowly introducing you to CrossFit movements. Safety is paramount here and along the way, you make great friends and accomplish more than you ever thought you could !
(October 9, 2018, 11:41 am)Excellent set-up and the warmth is palpable. The trainers are very well-informed and vigilant of your needs and capability. They push you to give your best and boost your motivation levels. Highly recommended above any typical gym set up.
