“I booked a room at this hotel at the last minute for a place to stay for Voodoo Fest. Townhouse New Orleans East was significantly cheaper than all the other options available. With time and options running out, I booked a room here. Upon arriving, the outside of the building was clean and welcoming, unlike other hotels in New Orleans East. The lobby of the hotel was equally clean and welcoming. The staff members were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, which was more than I had expected. (I've stayed at various hotels in New Orleans East many times and have rarely left with a good experience.) And the beds here were SO SO comfortable (especially after being on your feet all day). It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. During check-out the next morning, the gentleman at front desk remembered me and asked how my visit was. I appreciate recognition and genuine care. I highly recommend Townhouse New Orleans East. Great price, clean and safe hotel, and wonderful employees. I definitely plan to book with them in the future.”
