“Just bought a 2015 CPO Mazda CX5 from out of state to bring back to NY. Firstly Eddie was very fast at reaching out and then after working out a price he helped me surprise my wife with this purchase. We spoke for a week, via text and email finalizing all details. When I flew in, they gladly picked me up from the airport, drove me in and wowed me with the CX5. They even updated my maps before I left the dealership as they knew I would be driving more than 5.5 hours home. After signing all the paperwork Eddie was able to help me keep the surprise going and letting my wife know that unfortunately the vehicle had been sold, (little did she know I bought it). He played it off perfect and when I arrived home later that night she was over the moon. Other dealers sold the vehicles under my nose after working out agreements and Heritage Mazda stayed true to their word. Eddie even checked in with me late at night to make sure I got in safely and to check on status of surprise. Was fantastic experience. Thanks again.”

“After considerable research and online comparisons, I chose Scott Bannar to tune our piano and am confident this was an excellent choice. His work was everything you could look for: reliable, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Our piano hadn't been tuned for two decades and I was concerned that it would be a difficult and costly job. Scott explained everything he was doing and without any apparent difficulty whatsoever was able to get our piano back into great shape. He pointed out things that were not perfect about the key action and what could be done about it, but he noted that it wasn't required that anything further be done and the piano was completely in tune. I feel he is an honest, experienced and excellent craftsman and will definitely use him for all future piano related needs.”

“Sam makes it a pleasure to bring my car in for service even when I’m coming in for something unpleasant. Sam always calms me down and assures me that she’ll take good care of Logan. Sam sends me timely updates with my vehicle’s status and provides an estimated completion time with every visit. I never have to worry about transportation. Whether it’s a shuttle or a loaner car Sam makes sure I get to and from the dealership in a timely fashion. I didn’t purchase this car at this location like I did the two vehicles prior to this one but I’ll certainly be purchasing my next VW here because I know Sam will always take good care of me.”

He treated me with high respect as we worked through the purchasing process.
