“Beautiful neighborhood park. Has a short walking trail through the woods. The playground has enough to keep little kids entertained for an hour. Sadly their is no public restroom or businesses near by. Alon the path there were workout stations but I did not see signs explaining how to use them and some left me scratching my head as to their purpose.”

“Nice park. Good amount of parking and rarely crowded unless there's a softball or baseball game happening - which is fairly infrequent. No public restrooms but there is a porter potty. Nice picnic table. Playground is far enough from traffic to feel safe with minimal adult supervision. Playground could be larger. Seems meant for 3-6 year olds. Overall, nice clean area to let kids run around for 20 minutes.”

“I like it here. Nice and clean. No riff-raff. Good management. Good neighbors -- I like knowing my neighbors. And it's a great size. Only complaint is there seems to be an anti-cat atmosphere prevailing unnecessarily due to uninformed opinions which creates much stress among alot of us elderly folks who look after these poor animals... People unaware of other wildlife that are nocturnal and unseen while they're sleeping, who create alot of problems, i.e., skunk, raccoons, wolf, fox, deer, coyote (yes), opposums, dogs, moles, voles, rats, mice, snakes... To name a few... And some of which our beloved CATS eat, chase, Kill. So enough said. Thanx for your time.”

“Henson Creek Park is definitely a good place to run or bike whichever it is to your liking practically anything that can be on a trail works here. when you first get to the trail it shows you the distance and the direction that you're going so that is a very nice touch. in the biggest pluses of the trail is not all that busy at all and it is also accompanied by a baseball field equipped with bleachers of course so you can definitely do a bunch of activities there and next to the baseball field they have a wide-open field so you can pretty much do anything you want in that open area. Along the path there is a creek so you get beautiful water sounds and birds of course. A little extra touch is that there are beautiful birds all along this path and to top it all off there are a few sites along the path as well in the path actually leads to another path that has a indoor ice rink and a playground. I would definitely recommend Henson Creek Park for exercising in general or for just fun outdoor activities that you good plan.”
