“Excellent service department. I was late for my appointment and getting close to closing they verified enough mechanics were still available, there were. Not only did they service my car but they offered to wash and dry as well which is normal but because I was so late it wasn't expected. They have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area with wifi and complimentary Keurig coffee and hot chocolate. The snack machine actually has affordable snacks when most machines have high profit considering they buy snacks in bulk.”

“I drove my last Honda Pilot 11 years. I loved my very dependable vehicle so trading it in for a new Honda Pilot was a process not a quick decision. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, just to sit in the Pilots and to talk about the new features (and after 11 years there were a lot of new features). October is a month where the 2018's are on sale and the 2019's are already hitting the lot. After seeing the Pilots, we left to go home and give ourselves time to contemplate if we were ready to make the trade. On Weds, I went back to meet with the same sales rep, Crystal Emerson, who had assisted us on Sunday. She took me through the differences between the 2018 and the 2019 and then we took the Pilot of my choice for a test drive. The buying, pricing, financing experience was a breeze. I felt I got an honest and fair price for my trade-in and an honest and fair deal on the new Pilot. It was by far one of the more pleasant car buying experiences. Honest, fair and transparent.
