“We had a perfect experience dealing with Colonial purchasing our car.. From Steve who we first met and was so kind and informative(he’s why we came back the next day to purchase our vehicle) He introduced us to Dennis Murin a salesman. Dennis was superb. No pressure and he was so happy to have our family test drive this car. He loved this car and so did we, He took care of everything for us with such ease. We just felt so confident and so special dealing with Dennis, He is a gem in your organization!!! Will always recommend him to friends. Then, he brought us to Rick the finance manager who made the process so easy, and so pleasant(something other finance managers we have dealt with over the years were not) We so appreciated his special way and great personality, Also a gem in your organization. If ever there is a perfect dealership, Colonial Cadillac of Woburn is it!!!!! Thank YouColonial Cadillac?. Barbara Hoffman”

“It is great you do not have to run and buy boxes and adhesive tape in huge quantities. Reusable plastic creates turned out to be a much better packaging alternative for me. Most of all I liked the possibility to rent these boxes. I tested this service during my latest move, and it is excellent. Eventually, I saved time and money and protected all the things that required extra care. I recommend this company to everyone!”

“I've been with this service for over a year and has been satisfied with their work. He has been our assigned exterminator for almost a year now and he's been great! They come whenever I ask and in speedy time. He is very friendly and trustworthy. He's been inside my home many times unattended and i have no worries. I know I can trust him to take care of the job. I highly recommend him!”

“Ok... I did a little DIY backsplash and bought the tile off of all floors.. needless to say I'm 3 tiles short Me the manufacturer says it's out of production. He's calling manufacturer and their reps to see if anyone anywhere has the tile. He didn't make a huge profit off my backsplash tile and here he is on a Friday trying to help me find the tiles. That IS CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“I purchased a bike for my wife from here a few weeks ago. Ordered via the website, collected the bike from the store after receiving an email that the order was ready for pickup. Easy. Decided to purchase a bike from here for my son. Ordered via the website, received a cancellation email the next day because the bike was not in stock. A refund was promptly issued. Fair enough. I called the shop shortly after receiving the cancellation email to find out why no one reached out prior to cancelling my order to find a replacement, I mean, you already have my money. Seems like the logical thing to do. The gentleman helping me was as surprised as I was, and suggested that I reply to the cancellation email, which I did, to no avail. From the FAQ section of the website: Q: Is availability on your website accurate? A: Most of the time. However, due to increased demand, many bikes and products are selling quickly and may be unavailable when an order is processed. We understand this is frustrating and we are working on solving these issues to better serve you. Please do not call or email to ask if a bike or product is in stock. Your best option is to place an order as soon as you can. If you place an order and the bike or product you ordered is unavailable, we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable replacement if possible. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, and bicycle demand is skyrocketing, but that is hardly an acceptable reason for shoddy customer service. An email or call detailing my potential options should have been initiated prior to the cancellation of my order. I find it rather hard to believe that there were zero replacement options available at a shop of your size. If nothing else, this was a perfect opportunity to upsell me into something better. Trust me. I get it. Everyone wants a bike. Not necessarily a terrible problem to have if you're a bike shop. If the demand for such is so high that you cannot properly serve your customers, you may want to think about expanding your team. Customer service is the lifeblood of any retail business. UPDATE: In response to my email, Tom from Wheelworks contacted me via telephone with a potential option which unfortunately was not a good fit for my son. A day later he called me back with another option which was a perfect fit. The bike was ready in a couple of days, and my son couldn't be happier. While we got off to a rocky start, Tom's persistence and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right earned our business. Since, I have had another bicycle serviced there and am very happy with the results.”

“My two-year-old son has been attending Knowledge Beginnings since he was 6 weeks old. This is an amazing place! The directors, Sabrina and Linda, are fantastic, very prompt and responsive. The teachers are amazing! My son has advanced language skills and I credit it to his teachers. Every room he grows into gets better and better. Currently he is in a room with Jessica and Gabby, whom he absolutely adores. I highly recommend for other parentS who want a superior daycare experience.”
