“Jane of Bark is the only person I would trust with my pups. Friendly, thoughtful, and flexible. Just what I need. I love to support small businesses too. Much more welcoming than anyother in the area.”

“Great place for strolling, biking, roller blading and looking at the mysterious old buildings of the former mental hospital and imagining what life was like there. Adjacent to it is a very nice trail along the Charles River.”

“Trails are well maintained, nice spot to enjoy walking/running through (for pleasure or exercising) also a fantastic spot to go sledding when it snows. One of the only spots in Medfield that hasn’t changed much over the years, hope it’s never developed.”

“As an 18 year old attendee, the camp was super silly. Lots of coloring activities and eating dirt, all enjoyable stuff for me. Fave counselor is def Liam O’Leary, he treated me with kindness and some respect.”

“This is a great location spot for a quick hike. Multiple options for longer, flat hikes or steeper hikes up the hill. 20 minutes up, the same down makes for a quick, one hour roundtrip. Lovely spot with nice view at the top. I just wish people would adhere to MA state law and put their dogs on a leash...”

“This gem is a great place to visit any time of year but my favorite time to visit is in the winter. Hiking, running, snowshoeing, skiing (if you're good with climbing and descending steep hills) are all possibilities. There are lots of options for shorter hikes, like the loop around Chickering Pond. That loop has lots for the younger set to explore, including the shoreline and fishing. You should also take the kids up to Echo Pond and check out the way the busy beavers are altering the landscape there. It's a good example of how industrious beavers can be. The Trustees are installing new signage which makes navigating the trails even easier. The cabin is a fun stop when it's open on weekends. In the winter you can rent snowshoes and in the summer...boats. On a cold day, take a seat by the wood stove and put your feet up for a while!”

“Small park with a nice low-key hiking trail. I went hiking with my 7-year old son and we had a great time. A nice easy walk next to Rocky Woods Reservation.”
