“Most of the time I'm in here shelves are well stocked, and organized. Although the parking lot is small there always seems to be some place to park. I don't get my prescriptions here, so I can't comment on that. I can tell you that I have gotten photos here and they have always been ready and correct. The only reason I won't give them five stars is the interaction with the help. A good interaction with the help is hit or miss. If you need someone to help you find something, its usually someone that makes you feel like you're bothering them. I usually get a fast answer and a point n the general direction. Then if you cant find it, if you go back to that person, its watch out; you're really holding them up now. They should take a Cue from their Marlborough CVS, where they actually will walk you to the product and make sure you have it. That's a double win for CVS, because the customer is happy, and the sale is secured. I at times get the same impression at the cash registers. Again its not all of them but may be as much as half the time.”

“GREAT pet store! Definitely the best in the area, and I mean the whole of central MA. Owners are friendly, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a small animal companion, get it here, I cannot stress this enough. All are either bred in house or gotten through screened reputable breeders, hand tamed over time, and well taken care of. Birds, fish, rodents, insects, reptiles, etc. and all their supplies at dang good prices. Absolutely visit them STAT.”
